Data Sources is split into two tabs: Structured Data and Unstructured Data. Structured Data is your queryable data — databases and data files that Genloop maps as tables and builds memory on. This is what powers answers in Chat. Unstructured Data is your business context — PDFs, Word docs, policy files, and other documents that help Genloop understand how your business works.
