From the Connections page, click Upload data file under the Structured Data tab.
Data files are different from business context documents. Data files are what Genloop builds queryable memory on. Business context documents — PDFs, Word docs, policy files — go under the Unstructured Data tab and help Genloop understand your business rules, not your raw data.
What happens after upload
Once uploaded, Genloop processes the file and builds context on it. The file appears in your Structured Data list with a processing status. Once complete, you can ask questions about it in Chat just like any connected database.Next steps
