Instead they feed into the intelligence layer and help Genloop give answers that are accurate for your specific business context. What to upload here
Anything that contains business rules, definitions, or context your team uses to interpret data:- Metric and KPI definitions
- Policy documents
- Playbooks and process guides
- Data dictionaries
- Reference spreadsheets and reports
.pdf, .docx, .md, .txt, .xlsx, .csv and other common document types.
File size limit: 10 MB per file.
Destination scoping
When uploading a file you can set its destination — either organisation-wide or scoped to a specific team. Organisation-level documents apply across all workspaces. Each uploaded file shows a status: Active, Processing, or Setup Failed. If a file fails, you can retry the upload from the actions menu.Next steps
