Who each plan is for

The Free plan is ideal for a solo analyst or a two-person team that wants to connect a single database and ask data questions without committing to a paid plan. You get 25 credits per month, Slack and MCP integrations, and access to liveboards at no cost.
Pro is built for teams of up to 20 that are using Genloop regularly. You get 3 database connections, 100 credits per month, API access, and Automations — so you can trigger data queries programmatically and build lightweight workflows around your data.
Growth is the right choice for organizations with 200 or fewer members that need to manage access controls, build custom agents, and scale across 10 data sources. Governance settings with RBAC let you define who sees what, and priority support means you get faster help when you need it.
Enterprise is for organizations that need custom deployment (VPC or air-gapped), SSO and SAML, unlimited connections and users, custom roles with IdP sync, and a dedicated Solutions Architect. Pricing is tailored to your usage and deployment model.

Upgrade your plan

Open Settings

In the Genloop app, click your workspace name and select Settings.

Go to Billing

Click Billing in the left sidebar.

Click Upgrade

Select the plan you want and click Upgrade. You’ll be prompted to confirm payment details.
When you upgrade mid-month, your new credit allowance and feature access apply immediately. See the Credits page for details on what happens to your existing credit balance.

Liveboards are always free

Liveboards — collaborative dashboards that continuously update with live data — are included on every plan at no additional cost. You can create, share, and embed liveboards regardless of which plan you’re on.
Liveboards can be shared via public links on any paid plan. Iframe embedding for internal or external applications is available on Enterprise only. See the Liveboards page for details.
