Your workspace is the shared environment where your team connects data, asks questions, and builds Liveboards together. The Workspace settings page is where you manage members, control access, and keep your setup organised. Go to Workspace in the left sidebar to access settings.

Inviting members

Click Invite Members to add someone to your workspace. Enter their work email and they will receive an invitation to join. Once they accept, they are part of your workspace and can access Chat, Liveboards, and connected data based on their assigned role.
The number of members you can add depends on your plan. Free allows up to 2 members, Pro up to 20, Growth up to 200, and Enterprise has no limit.

Managing members

The members list shows everyone currently in your workspace with their role, email, and join date. From here you can:
  • Change a member’s role
  • Remove a member from the workspace
  • Resend a pending invitation

Workspace switcher

If you are part of multiple workspaces, you can switch between them from the workspace switcher in the top left of the sidebar. Each workspace has its own data connections, context, and chat history.
